Frederick County Council approved updates to the Building, Plumbing, and Electrical codes on May 21, 2024. The new codes will be effective for all new permit applications submitted as of July 20, 2024. For a full list of the updated codes, please visit: FrederickCountyMD.gov/RegulationsandOrdinances
Any permits and plans submitted on July 20, 2024, and after will need to adhere to the new codes.

The ePlans website is on a secured server and only customers associated with an application have access and data is not accessible to the general public.
